To become a guide dog, puppies train for two years, pass 55 different tests and walk many thousands of steps. With guide dogs receiving no government funding, we are proud to have Bayleys Realty Group as the principal sponsor of RNZFB Guide Dog Services.
Bayleys, and their amazing staff around the country, are hugely committed to raising money for the ongoing training of guide dogs. Since 2004, Bayleys have raised over $2.2 million and their commitment continues to remain strong!

Over 100 puppies are born, raised and trained annually, with many more involved in the programme either as guide dogs in training or breeding stock. The gift-in-kind support from Hill's Pet Nutrition (NZ) Limited assures that our puppies and dogs get the very best start to their important careers as working guide dogs.
The partnership offers RNZFB Guide Dog Services nutritional diets from its pet food range to help our puppies and dogs perform at their best.
