Consumer Organisations
The Foundation financially supports and works closely with eight consumer organisations that directly represent the interests of blind, deafblind and vision-impaired people. The RNZFB partners with these organisations to share information, lobby the government and other agencies, and undertake projects of mutual benefit and concern.
Consumer organisations have significant input into the strategic direction of the RNZFB. The eight groups meet regularly with the RNZFB's CEO.
