Focus Groups
Most of the Foundation's Focus Groups have now been held and the results are currently being collated. The groups were made up of members who were either randomly selected or wanted to offer their viewpoint on the services the Foundation currently offers. Adrienne Henderson, Divisional Manager Quality Assurance, says the groups have been a worthwhile exercise. She says people have been very forthcoming in their opinions and ideas and the information will be helpful when considering future services.
