Welcome to the 2005 Blind Week media pack!

Blind Week is on from 25-31 October and it's critical that people 'Notice us' in our fluoro orange arrow hats and collector vests.

Our mission? To raise more than $1.1 million during Blind Week so we can continue to provide essential services to blind, deafblind and vision-impaired New Zealanders and to educate and inform the public about blindness awareness and prevention.

Your mission? To consider telling your audience about Blind Week and share the compelling stories of our blind, deafblind and vision-impaired members.

If you need the pack to be sent to you in electronic format, please contact us. We can also assist by finding an interesting Foundation member in your area for you to profile, finding a local angle, or providing high resolution photos.

Please give generously when you see our collectors out and about on the streets or donate $3 by texting BLIND to 883.
