The Foundation’s draft Strategic Plan 2007 – 2010 is now available for review and comment.  It was prepared following widespread consultation with members, staff, volunteers and other stakeholders, and following strategic planning by the Board and the Senior Management Team.

The draft Plan includes some new initiatives and directions and attempts to capture key themes raised through the recent consultation.  Some of the ideas in this draft Plan require further debate by the Board. 

This is one of the most important opportunities that members have to influence the Foundation of the Blind’s strategies and services. The Foundation encourages members to make the most of this opportunity and to provide feedback. 

Comments on the draft Plan should be forwarded to Ruth Bijl, Manager Research and Planning. Please ensure that comments are received by 19 January 2007.
