I wanted to provide an update on where we are with our effort to attract Paula's replacement.

We completed an advertising campaign in March and are in the process of short-listing candidates to be interviewed during April. There was a good level of interest shown in the position.

Until a new CEO is chosen, it will not be possible to know when they will be able to start, as different candidates may have different availability.

In the meanwhile, Paula and her Senior Management Team continue to lead the Foundation. I'm pleased to advise that Paula has agreed to continue in her position until as late as June, if required, to help in the transition.
