The Royal New Zealand Foundation of the Blind’s (RNZFB’s) Annual General Meeting takes place this Saturday, 7 November. Its business is to announce the results of the Board of Directors election, appoint the Auditor and consider the Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2009.

There will be opportunities for Foundation members to ask questions or to comment on the Foundation’s activities and the Board’s direction. Foundation members who are unable to attend have the right to appoint another full member of the Foundation, or the Chairperson, as their proxy.
