Telephone information service

The telephone information service (TIS) enables RNZFB members to listen to a variety of recorded bulletins via their touch-tone phone.

TIS bulletins include:

  • Local and national newspaper content.
  • Financial information.
  • Radio and TV programme schedules.
  • Public notices and announcements.
  • Updates from the RNZFB.
  • Interactive feedback lines operated by consumer organisations.
  • Information from government departments and other agencies.

TIS also has a secure telephone voting system.

To find out about using the telephone information service or to report any problems, phone 0800 24 33 33, option 1 or email general@rnzfb.org.nz

Only people registered with the RNZFB as members may use TIS.
