Dear Readers,

Welcome to the start of another beautiful New Zealand summer!

This issue of Outlook is all about how to make the most of the holiday period, with a good dose of rest and recreation.

Our featured stories include a number of members who are actively pursuing their passions, each with a unique way of making the most of life.

Our cover shows members Leyna Coleman, Ming Ming Edgar and Jason Davy, with volunteer Paul Rosser, giving sailing a go. What great summer fun!

The Communications Team

To the Communications Team,

On behalf of my husband I would like to sincerely thank you for your Outlook magazine received recently.

On the technology page you featured a Uniden phone, and after ringing your office we decided to purchase one. They are amazing with their backlit larger digit buttons, which make it so much easier for sight impaired people to use to be independent and keep in touch.

Thanks to the RNZFB for this very interesting magazine, with black on white print size we can read. Looking forward to your next issue with anticipation!

Kind regards,
Rhoda Davis for David Davis

Editors: Thank you for your feedback Rhoda and David!
