Coast to Coast for Neelu

When Christchurch member Neelu Memon was 16 she lost her balance and sight due to a brain injury, but that hasn't prevented her setting tough challenges!

Now 27, Neelu has not only scaled the heights of Mt Apsiring and won the Armstrong Festival of Cycling tandem division for pedalling 140km - she is now training for the 243km Coast to Coast multisport marathon in February.

Neelu is keen to show that life with impairments can be limitless, as long as support is provided when needed.
