Library Newsline

Posted several times a week, Library Newsline allows you to keep up to date with the latest additions to the library, to read reviews by other borrowers and staff members and add your own book reviews, and keep up to date with the latest library news. It can be accessed by listening to the
telephone information service or subscribing to an email list. To subscribe to the list, send a blank message (don't add a title or any content) to
rnzfb-libnews-subscribe@yahoogroups.com. There is no need to create a yahoo ID. To complete the registration simply reply to the automatic response you receive to your message.

Sound and Touch

Produced three times a year, the library's magazine Sound and Touch not only contains new books added to the Library's collection since the previous issue but updates on what is happening in the library. Contact us to receive your copy in large print, audio, braille or electronic formats, or listen to it on the telephone information service.

Book reviews

Contact us to read reviews that have been submitted by librarians and our borrowers. You can also add your own book review.

We plan to load book reviews onto this website soon.

    From Tuesday 19 June to Saturday 23 June, in association with the Howick Lions Club, Howick College will be staging six performances of ‘The Miracle Worker’ at the Howick College Theatre. Proceeds from the performances will be donated to the RNZFB and Deafblind New Zealand. 21 May 2012
