The school education programme is
- Integrated into the current New Zealand Curriculum - Health, Social Science and English Learning Areas.
- Age-graded for Primary and Secondary students.
- Fully resourced with activity sheets and assessments.
- Flexible with many options to choose from.
- Adaptable for other curricula such as Cambridge and IB.
- Designed for students who haven't explored the topic of blindness.
- Fun and thought provoking.
- Developed with input from Foundation experts, classroom teachers, Blind and Low Vision Education Network NZ teachers, Association of Blind Citizens of New Zealand and Ngāti Kāpo o Aotearoa.
