Treaty of Waitangi

Articles 2 and 3 of the Treaty of Waitangi guaranteed equal rights to Maori and the undisturbed possession of taonga (land, forestry, fisheries, cultural beliefs and practices). As part of the RNZFB's responsibility and commitment to the Treaty of Waitangi, Mana Kāpō Aronga work with Māori members and staff to deliver a culturally appropriate service to Māori members who are blind, deafblind or vision-impaired.
