RNZFB reporting and planning activity is presented in three key documents:

Strategic Plan

The Royal New Zealand Foundation of the Blind’s strategic plan was recently approved by its Board of Directors, representing its 11,700 – strong membership. The plan provides the Foundation with a new strategic direction about where our organisation is headed over the next six years, outlining and inspiring courageous change.

Business Plan

The next step in the process is the business plan, which outlines how the Foundation will achieve the objectives set out in the strategic plan.

Annual Report

The Annual Report provides the report against the business plan and to what extent the Foundation has achieved its goals for the year.   It also features highlights and key events from the year and is available as a full or summary version in accessible formats, or you can read the latest 2008-2009 Annual Report online.
