Each year the RNZFB develops an annual business plan aligned to 10 Strategic Drivers, which are set by the Board.
The Foundation's draft Strategic Plan 2007–2010 was prepared in 2006. Since then the Board has determined that a longer term strategic view should be taken. This is being achieved through Project 2020 - Sustaining our Future.
