Final Executive Structure
Key changes made in response to consultation feedback
- Community Committees now part of the People & Culture portfolio alongside volunteers
- Reference to AIC removed
- PR function synergies and interrelationships clarified
- CEO to work with GDS on interim measures to address leadership concerns
- ACI/ATI interrelationships with DCCS a priority for organisational design work
- Specific reference to Needs Assessors and Counsellors within the DCCS portfolio

of the restructure pages.
Final Executive Structure
The executive structure includes the Chief Executive and 6 Executive
Directors.
They will provide clear new directions and leadership that will assist
us to meet the Foundation focus on our clients, our people, our
partners, our sustainability, continuous improvement, customer service
and innovation.
The 6 Executive Director positions are:
All current senior management roles, except two, will be
disestablished with effect from 14 July. Further details are
included in the restructure implementation &
timeline section.
Next steps
Once the Executive Directors are on board:
- Organisational design will begin to develop future service integration
- Service remodelling work and defining the key contact roles will be undertaken
This work will be undertaken by Project Teams, involving staff from within the team plus those teams with which synergies will be crucial.
Initial work will begin sooner in Marketing & Fundraising, Direct Client Contact Services and Access, Innovation and Enterprise. A number of activities will commence with teams, the aim is to collate ideas and build on suggestions coming through via the restructure consultation.
