  1. Community Committees now part of the People & Culture portfolio alongside volunteers
  2. Reference to AIC removed
  3. PR function synergies and interrelationships clarified
  4. CEO to work with GDS on interim measures to address leadership concerns
  5. ACI/ATI interrelationships with DCCS a priority for organisational design work
  6. Specific reference to Needs Assessors and Counsellors within the DCCS portfolio

Next steps

Once the Executive Directors are on board:

  • Organisational design will begin to develop future service integration
  • Service remodelling work and defining the key contact roles will be undertaken

This work will be undertaken by Project Teams, involving staff from within the team plus those teams with which synergies will be crucial.

Initial work will begin sooner in Marketing & Fundraising, Direct Client Contact Services and Access, Innovation and Enterprise.   A number of activities will commence with teams, the aim is to collate ideas and build on suggestions coming through via the restructure consultation.
