On Thursday 8 May 2008, Chief Executive Sandra Budd announced a consultation process with RNZFB staff on a proposed restructure of the existing Senior Management Team.
The focus of the restructure is to develop a strong platform through which the organisation can realise its Vision. This will be achieved by:
-
Putting members - our clients - at the centre of everything we do
-
Delighting our clients with customer focused service and delivery
-
Focusing on innovation and sustainability and delivering evidence-driven solutions for the future
-
Having a leadership team that ensures staff are supported and developed, enabling them to deliver high quality, continuously improving services
Whilst the consultation is primarily an internal one, focused as it is on operational processes and structure, the Board and Chief Executive recognise that other stakeholders may wish to comment, and they are welcome to do so.
The consultation will continue until 5pm on Thursday 22 May, when feedback will be considered and incorporated, where applicable.
