Organisation structure
The RNZFB is governed by a Board of Directors directly elected by members.
The RNZFB has over 300 staff in 19 offices throughout the country. The organisation is structured across six directorates:
- Access, Innovation and Enterprise
- Direct Client Contact Services
- Marketing and Fundraising
- People and Culture
- Stakeholder Relations
The directorates provide services to support our 11,700 blind and partially sighted members, undertake fundraising to support those activities, and manage the RNZFB's financial and other resources.
The directorates are led by our Executive Directors who report to the Chief Executive.
