Organisation structure
The RNZFB is currently implementing a leadership team restructure, which sees the organisation align into six key directorates:
- People & Culture
- Strategy, Improvement & Performance
- Access, Innovation & Enterprise
- Stakeholder Relations
- Marketing & Fundraising
- Direct Client Contact Services
These directorates provide the services to support our 11,700 blind, deafblind and vision-impaired members, undertake fundraising to support those activities, and manage the RNZFB's financial and other resources.
A Board of Directors elected by the membership governs the RNZFB.
