6.1 Who can attend Board meetings
Any member, although he or she may not speak at the meeting without the Chairperson's permission.
6.2 How many directors are required to make up a quorum (a minimum number) for a Board meeting?
A majority of those elected or co-opted to the Board. The absolute number of directors could vary with co-options or vacancies.
6.3 How does the Board elect a chairperson?
The directors present at the meeting may elect any elected director.
6.4 How can I view the minutes of Board meetings?
By requesting them, in writing, from the Foundation.
