RNZFB Constitution

With the Royal New Zealand Foundation of the Blind (RNZFB) Act 2002 in place, the RNZFB Constitution was adopted to provide guidelines and regulationsThe Full RNZFB Constitution was adopted by a special resolution in February 2003.

Constitutional review

At the 2011 AGM it was voted in favour to adopt the amended RNZFB Constitution. The Board of Directors undertook a detailed review of the Constitution and made a number of adjustments to better reflect current needs and practices. Read about the changes.

Incoroprated society

At the 2011 AGM, it was voted in favour for the RNZFB to become an incorporated soceity, which it is entitled to under the Royal New Zealand Foundation of the Blind Act 2002. This has no impact on the RNZFB's governance or operations.
