Sense It at MOTAT

Hear it, see it, smell it, taste it, touch it and learn about the science behind our five senses these school holidays at MOTAT’s ‘Sense It’ holiday experience, 16-31 July in Auckland.

The Royal New Zealand Foundation of the Blind has been invited to be part of this exciting exhibition, and has created an area - the ‘Vision Venue’ - with a range of adaptive equipment, books, tactile games, information and more. We’ll also be hosting a number of fun activities during the two week programme.

Also at ‘Sense It’ is the National Foundation for the Deaf, 5+ A Day, and the Fonterra Science Roadshow where visitors of all ages can have a hands-on experience with science and technology.

Sense It dates: Saturday 16 – Sunday 31 July, 10am-4.30pm.

Location: MOTAT, Great North Road, Western Springs, Auckland.

Costs: You can enjoy MOTAT’s ‘Sense It Holiday Experience’ as part of your entry fee to MOTAT. A family pass (2 adults and up to 4 children) is $35.
